2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided; if additional materials or labour are required once work begins, we will notify you and agree any price changes before continuing.
  • A deposit may be required to secure materials or a work date; this will be detailed on your quote.

3. Consumer Rights (UK Law)

We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This means:

  • All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
  • Materials will be fit for purpose and as described.

4. Scheduling, Access & Site Requirements

  • Work dates are agreed in advance and may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You must ensure safe, clear access to the work area.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden underground pipes, roots, cables, or other unknown obstructions.
  • Any pets must be kept safe and away from the working area.

5. Materials, Waste & Old Fence Removal

  • All materials remain the property of Broadland Fencing Ltd until paid for in full.
  • Waste removal (including old fencing) will be carried out only if included in your quotation.
  • Where waste is removed, we follow UK waste carrier regulations.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be clearly stated on your quotation or invoice.
  • Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

  • We are insured and take care to avoid damage.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Damage caused by hidden underground services
    • Indirect, consequential, or financial losses
      Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
